I am a Medical Massage Practitioner (MMP), Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), and the owner of Tourmaline Health and Wellness. I am a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association, the Fascia Research Society and the Crofton Chamber of Commerce. My goal is to provide a customized bodywork session that impacts orthopedic and chronic pain conditions catered to my client's individual needs in addition to educating them on muscles and body mobility.

I became a massage therapist because I want to help individuals identify and treat the source of their chronic pain or immobility versus treating the symptoms of muscle pain.
