Swedish Massage*
60 minutes: $150
90 minutes: $210
The most common type of massage, Swedish massage involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on the topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with the movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing.
Deep Tissue Massage*
60 minutes: $150

Deep tissue massage is a technique that is primarily used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. Deep tissue massage loosens up fascia and is good for increased mobility.
Therapeutic Massage (Body Reset)*

This custom session includes a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial release, and stretching modalities to help reset your muscles. Therapeutic massage consists of working with your therapist with passive and assistive techniques.
Massage Compression & PNF Stretch Session (Clothed)
30 minutes: $75
45 minutes: $100
This session is for those who want all the benefits of a therapeutic massage but don't have the time to get undressed. Includes compression, petrissage, rocking, and (PNF) Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation stretching technique utilized to improve muscle elasticity and has been shown to have a positive effect on active and passive range-of-motion. This advanced massage technique, which uses isometric contractions (gentle resistance) is used to help reset muscle holding patterns and overall length.
*Essential Oil, Hot Stones, Cupping and Medical Oil can be included with certain sessions for an additional fee.
Lypossage Body Contouring - Coming Soon!
Lypossage™ is a non-invasive, manual contouring treatment that derives from complex physical therapy techniques (CPT), deep lymphatic drainage, deep myofascial release protocols and other therapeutic massage techniques. It works to improve muscle tone, lymphatic drainage and circulation. Lypossage™ decongests tissue and cleanses the stalled lymphatic fluid that can create bumps and bulges and it breaks up adhesions under the skin that contribute to the appearance of cellulite.
